We will receive you on the day of arrival between 17:00 and 22:00. Earlier reception is only possible with prior agreement!
We ask you to vacate the room on the day of departure from 9:30. Of course you can take your time with breakfast.

Breakfast is usually served between 8:00 and 9:30. To have it later, it will be ready, you just may need to heat / brew your drink. Exceptions are possible after arrangement.

Can we cook coffee?
Yes.

May we share the kitchen? 
There is a fridge available for drinks and cold meals. Of course you are allowed to use our dishes and cutlery. Of course you can eat under the pergola or in the dining area of the kitchen. 

Can we cook ourselves at Ca Agostino?
Not really ... If you want to cook more often, you are better served with a holiday apartment.

We would like to cook hot food from time to time, is that possible?
No problem at noon. If there are no other guests in the house, we can also talk about it for dinner, but previous arrangements are not possible.

In our rural area obligation to use leash is not seen as closely, on hikes in the nature reserves, however, it is mandatory.

Outside villages, dipped beam is required also during the day.

Concerns about earthquakes are unfounded. The area around Amatrice, which was seriously affected 2016, is located 140 km further south in the Apennines. We live in a considerably less threatened zone.
Your host at Ca'Agostino B + B can reassure you more: The Ca'Agostino house is not an ancient building and complies with the strictest building regulations.

For cancellations of bookings without discount, we do not charge a claim until 3 weeks before date of arrival. Please let us know as soon as possible! This excludes bookings via intermediaries, here special conditions may apply.
In case of early break of the stay we can charge up to 70% of the loss.
For cancellations of bookings with discount we reserve the following: With cancellation more than 90 days before arrival: recompence 25 €. In case of cancellation 90 til 30 days before arrival: 40% of the agreed deposit. In case of cancellation within the last 30 days before arrival there is no right to a refund; Of course we will try to occupy the room and if possible make a reasonable repayment. Otherwise, 50% of your deposit will be credited to a new booking within the next 400 days.
